Cascade AIDS Project operates from two locations in Southwest Washington: Vancouver and Longview. We offer a wide range of culturally affirming, trauma-informed services to residents of Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties.

Are you living with HIV and interested in our Care Services? CAP SW Washington provide medical case management, wellness case management, service navigation, housing case management, and peer support.
Clark & Skamania residents, please call 360-986-3500 (ext. 1) to schedule an intake.
Cowlitz & Wahkiakum residents, please call 360-986-3590 to schedule an intake. Please note, only medical case management and housing case management services are available for Cowlitz and Wahkiakum residents at this time.
In partnership with Clark County Public Health, Cascade AIDS Project offers free, confidential testing for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis, as well as free treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea at our Vancouver office. We also provide PrEP navigation and insurance enrollment services. For more information, please call 360-986-3500 (ext. 2).
HIV/STI testing hours:
Tuesdays: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursdays: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm
